Childbirth education is a necessary offering for all pregnant people to have access to prior to labor and birth. An increase in positive birth outcomes and a decrease in lasting birth trauma occurs when we provide service to pregnant people and their families with choice, knowledge, and empowerment.

My colleague, Jessica, has an innate drive for providing personable and practical childbirth education in our local community and holds a bigger vision for providing education to areas in maternity care currently not offering this essential service.
